General Photography Release

I hereby authorize Toledo Ohio BBW Group hereafter referred to as “Company,” to publish photographs taken of me at any Toledo BBW Event and my name and likeness, for use in the Toledo Ohio BBW Groups print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications. I hereby release and hold harmless Toledo Ohio BBW Group from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

All events will be videotaped and/or photographed. If you do not want to be photographed, you will need to stay out of camera view while photographing or recording. That is your responsibility not ours. Do not jump in group pics, they will be posted. This liability waiver must be signed either way.

Failure to follow Bash Rules or directions of staff or security will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. There are NO refunds or transferring of passes. In the event of a cancellation you will be issued a credit good for one calendar year from the cancelled bash date. I hereby agree that Toledo Ohio BBW Group is not responsible for any accidents that may occur at any of our events. I hereby agree that I may not file a lawsuit against Toledo Ohio BBW Group or any of its employees in the event of accident, or injury.

I here by release Toledo BBW Group, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
